Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience in the relevant construction market.
• Experience supervising crews with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and supervision for planning and performance of mechanical equipment setting, installation, alignment, and maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate efforts of all craft persons under supervision and provide resources for safe, correct, and efficient work.
• Coordinate with other foremen or crews to maintain workflow and schedule.
