• Exceptional verbal communication and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent organization, time management, and budgeting capabilities.
• Ability to supervise extracurricular activities and manage after-school rehearsals.
• Willingness to conduct rehearsals in a flexible manner to accommodate middle school transportation needs, events, and busy student schedules.

Responsibilities

• Production & Direction: Select scripts, cast, block, rehearse, and manage all performance elements (set, props, costumes, lighting, sound).
• Oversee technical teams and coordinate use of auditorium or performance spaces.
• Organize rehearsals and performances, including scheduling and budgeting.
