Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization.
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching and/or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of overall operations of an athletic program.
• First Aid and CPR and CDL are desirable qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the athletic program for the MS soccer team.
• Develop regular practice schedules and facilitate player development.
• Coach and instruct players on rules, techniques, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and conference regulations.
• Maintain eligibility forms, records, and scheduling of facilities.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and coordinate with staff and administration.
