Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager for the Microwave Systems & MRO Value Stream. You will lead Manufacturing and Process Engineers, drive design-to-manufacture processes, and deliver complete engineering packages across the program lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery while managing risks and customer expectations. A strong background in microwave systems and PM is required.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Microwave Systems, Power Supplies, and related Electrical Systems.
• Minimum 7 years in design/manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating across an IPT and with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing and Process Engineers within the Microwave Systems & MRO Value Stream.
• Deliver engineering deliverables covering full lifecycle of programs, optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide technical interface with customers and manage technical risk and escalations.
• Ensure on-time delivery of engineering commitments within the IPT framework.
