Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Principal Microfluidics Engineer to advance microphysiological systems and organ-on-chip platforms. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, develop novel microfluidic devices, and push bioengineering solutions from concept to experimental execution.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in bioengineering, a strong foundation in biology/engineering, and experience in microfabrication. Onsite Cambridge, MA with security clearance consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Design, model, fabricate, and characterize microfluidic devices for cell and tissue engineering.
  • Lead labs and projects, coordinating teams and resources.
  • Develop and execute research plans aligned with sponsor goals.
  • Document results and present reports to stakeholders.
