Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a QC microbiology lab in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role with staff development.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise quality control staff, evaluate performance, and set goals.
• Provide guidance on lab operations and drive process improvements.
• Review/approve test data, reports and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, DEA and internal policies.
• Participate in audits and inspections; support method transfers and equipment purchases.
• Support root cause investigations and CAPA measures.
