CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead and support maintenance operations at a client facility in Oregon. The role focuses on keeping conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, print/apply systems, SCADA devices, and related equipment operating safely and efficiently.

• Repair and maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors and components.

• Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors and related devices.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
