Job summary

Id-Logistics is seeking an LTO shift role in Pennsylvania to operate industrial powered lift trucks and support warehouse operations. You will train and certify new hires, inventory materials, and assist supervisors with planning and directing daily work.

A focus on safety and GMP compliance is essential, with a $21.00/hour base rate plus a $2.00 shift differential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience, and the ability to obtain necessary certifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year related experience or training.
• Must complete post-hire assessments.
• Must obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA).
• Must wear personal protective equipment as required by safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs.
• Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Lead acts as Supervisor in absence of Shift Supervisor as needed.
• Inventories materials on the work floor and supplies workers with materials as needed.
• Assists Supervisors and management in planning, assigning and directing work.
• Assist LTOs with daily issues.
• Assist Leads and Supervisors with ensuring policies and practice compliance.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe safety rules and assist enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
