Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Lead MGT Mechanical Trainer for on-site roles at Deer Park, TX; Houston, TX; or Winston-Salem, NC. You will lead hands-on and classroom training for technicians and engineers, focusing on the SGT-750 and other MGT models.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and knowledge transfer across service lines. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in workshop/maintenance with SGT-750 expertise, and proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years in workshop, assembly, and maintenance, specialized in SGT-750.
Ability to develop training programs to enhance product understanding.
Strong teaching mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent English verbal and written communication, adaptable to diverse environments.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on training on SGT-750 and other MGT models (500/600/700/800) and gearboxes.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training, support competency assessments.
Travel to stay current on engine types and modifications, ensure EHS compliance.
Serve as SME for MGT training standards and North America practices.
