The position supports the Metrology Laboratory with calibration services across production, testing, and lab operations. The role emphasizes technical leadership, procedure development, equipment maintenance, and process improvements to ensure high-quality calibration outcomes.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and support to technicians and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in metrology, calibration, instrumentation, measurement systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve calibration procedures and standards.
• Provide technical support for day-to-day calibration operations.
• Ensure calibration activities comply with applicable quality requirements and standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and systems.
• Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to metrology technicians.
• Lead automation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of measurement systems.
• Partner with production, test, laboratory, and engineering teams to address calibration and measurement needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes, equipment performance, and overall service delivery.
