Responsibilities

• Install metal stud framing, drywall, and ACT systems per plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project docs.
• Plan layout, measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
• Maintain production pace while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with foremen, PMs, and other trades.
• Identify issues before they impact production.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean jobsite.
• Lead, manage, and develop field crews on site.
• Plan daily and weekly work to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, and other trades.
• Train and mentor journeyman and apprentice team members.
