• Troubleshoot press, feed systems, tooling and production issues.
• Direct, train, and mentor press operators on the line.
• Monitor output, quality, scrap, and downtime to meet goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, tooling, quality, and production teams to resolve problems.
• Ensure operators follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Support growth of less-experienced operators with training.
