Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in metal fabrication or closely related trade.
• Experience with large stamping presses and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Plan priorities using the dispatch system and stage materials.
• Set up and operate large presses to meet specifications.
• Install complex tooling and adjust for first article.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate repairs with toolroom/maintenance.
• Mentor Level I and II Set-Up Operators.
• Maintain 5S standards and safety practices.
• Document work instructions and enter production/quality data.
