Warren Automotive Manufacturer is seeking a Stamping Production Lead / Production Supervisor for a direct-hire role. 1st shift, $80K - $120K with benefits; schedule Mon-Fri, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM with overtime as needed.

The Senior Press Technician will lead Die Set Operators, guide production performance, troubleshoot tooling, and drive quality and continuous improvement across stamping operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with metal stamping presses (100–2,500 tons)
• Experience with major press equipment (AIDA, Minster)
• Knowledge of transfer press systems and servo/pendulum modes

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and monitorDie Set Operators on the production floor
• Ensure production, quality, and performance targets are met
• Troubleshoot presses, tooling, and production issues; identify solutions
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Maintain safety and 5S practices; ensure procedures are followed
• Collaborate with Tool Room, Press Room Setup, Maintenance and other teams
• Monitor quality standards and manufacturing processes; adhere to QMS/EMS
