Qualifications

- Comfort working at elevated heights using scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to national project sites.
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform continuous outdoor labor in all weather.
Responsibilities
- Install metal roofing panels, siding, trim, and flashing to project specs.
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal with power tools and hand tools.
- Ensure weather-proofing components, underlayment, and sealants are applied to prevent leaks.
- Align structural panels to meet federal quality and durability standards.
- Inspect installed systems to verify fastenings and alignment.
- Maintain clean, hazard-free outdoor work zones and enforce safety protocols.
