Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking an Architectural Metals Installer to join a crew installing exterior metal products on commercial buildings, including metal wall panels, ACM panels, zinc or copper applications, flashings, roof coping and related metal roofing work.

You will work from heights using boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding and other equipment, operate hand and power tools, and assist with loading/unloading material while following safety rules and PPE

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience with architectural metals installations (ACM panels, roof sheet metal, flashings, fasteners, clips, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working from heights and outdoors year‑round.
• Ability to follow and abide by established safety rules and procedures.
• Able to pass a drug test/urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service exterior prefabricated products on commercial buildings.
• Work safely from heights using boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, and other equipment.
• Use hand and power tools and other job‑site equipment regularly.
• Assist in loading and unloading material.
• Follow all safety rules, wear PPE, and use fall restraint equipment.
• Participate in safety classes and obtain required certifications.
