• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various job sites to complete custom metal installations.
• Lead and oversee installation projects, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Install high-end custom staircases, statues, architectural metalwork, and specialty pieces.
• Prepare materials and job sites prior to installation.
• Review drawings, measurements, and project specifications to ensure proper installation.
• Assemble, fit, align, and secure metal components with precision.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and make adjustments in the field.
• Collaborate with team members, project managers, engineers and customers to ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and leadership to installation team members.
