Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred or Business with relevant experience.
• 7+ years in General Operations, Fabrication, or Assembly; Lean and Standard Processes highly valued.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced environments with evolving structures.
• Lean, Six Sigma, process development, and strategic development experience.
• Fabrication processes knowledge: Burn, Bend, Stamping, Machining, Welding.
• Experience with ERP systems and cost accounting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and drive continuous improvement across fabrication operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs and support capital expenditure planning.
• Collaborate with all departments to align projects and operations.
• Oversee inventory management, budget planning, and production scheduling.
