Job summary

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, seeks an MES Opcenter Solution Architect in Fort Worth, TX to lead design and implementation of advanced MES solutions across manufacturing sites. You will shape IT strategy, translate business needs into MES specifications, and guide deployments from configuration to validation.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams, develop blueprints and data models, manage a common MES code base, and ensure GMP/GxP compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 5 years in relevant roles.
• Experience designing MES solutions and leading deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Opcenter MES solutions.
• Develop solution blueprints, data models and UI mockups.
• Manage MES code base across distributed systems.
• Translate business requirements into MES specifications.
• Lead MES deployment projects including configuration, testing and validation.
• Provide on-call support for manufacturing sites.
