Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred
• 6 months leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensures excellent customer experience by engaging with customers
• Manages truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing
• Keeps merchandise tagged, hung, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards
• Supports safety and housekeeping requirements
• Assists in achieving shrink reduction goals
