Job summary

The Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to travel to accounts across assigned routes, stocking, rotating, and displaying products. You will train new merchandisers, provide route coverage, and supervise go-behind routes to ensure accounts are properly serviced.

You will use company technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload photos, and maintain records. Qualifications include 7 months of work experience, 18+, valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds (170

Qualifications

• 7 months plus of general work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to accounts to verify stock levels, rotation, displays, and maintenance on assigned routes.
• Assist in training new merchandisers to perform duties independently.
• Provide route coverage for merchandisers as needed.
• Supervise go-behind routes to ensure accounts are properly serviced.
• Use company tech to finalize checkouts, upload photos, and maintain account records.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provide route coverage for merchandisers as needed
• Conduct go-behind route supervision to ensure that accounts are correctly serviced
• Utilize company-issued technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display/backstock photos, and maintain accurate records of account execution
• Other projects or duties as assigned
