Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Austin, TX seeks a merchandiser to travel to accounts, verify product levels, rotate stock, and ensure displays are maintained on assigned routes.

The role includes training new merchandisers, providing route coverage as needed, and supervising go-behind checks. You will use company tech to complete checkouts, upload photos, and maintain account records.

Qualifications

• 7 months+ of general work experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Regularly lifts 25–50 lbs and occasionally up to 170 lbs.

• Assist in training new merchandisers to ensure they can independently perform all required duties
• Provide route coverage for merchandisers as needed
• Conduct go-behind route supervision to ensure that accounts are correctly serviced
• Utilize company-issued technology to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display/backstock photos, and maintain accurate records of account execution
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• 7 months plus of general work experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools.

Preferred Education and Experience
