Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and Company programs compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Lead truck execution and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing changes, and promotions accuracy.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and backroom organization.
