Job summary

Holder Construction, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an MEP Coordinator for a full-time, in-person role in Mount Prospect, IL. The ideal candidate will oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and manage related projects, requiring 5+ years of substantial commercial construction experience.

This role involves supervising trade contractors and coordinating project schedules, budgets, and reports. Additionally, strong skills in relationship management with various stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities.
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems.
