Job summary

CMTA, a Legence company, seeks an experienced MEP Construction Project Manager for its offices in New York City and New Jersey to lead multi-project management and coordinate with design teams, Estimating, and field supervision to deliver complex MEP/critical infrastructure projects such as data centers and broadcast facilities.

The role requires 5–7 years of construction experience and 2–3 years of MEP PM experience, with Procore and MS Project proficiency, in a setting with union and non-union

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Estimating, Engineering or Construction Management
• 5–7 years of Construction experience
• 2–3 years of MEP Project Manager experience
• Proficient in Procore
• Working knowledge of MS Project

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–5 projects with varied scopes.
• Review drawings, specs, and safety policies.
• Attend kickoff meetings with Estimators.
• Prepare project schedules and logistics plans.
• Maintain RFI logs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and subcontractors.
• Ensure project closeouts and permits inspections
