Job summary

EnTech Engineering, PC seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects from planning through construction in New York City. The candidate should excel in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, with strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise. MEP experience is highly desirable.

Projects span institutional, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors, requiring rigorous management of scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with MEP coordination
• 15+ years of experience (or 10+ years with PE or RA license)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with NYC public agencies (e.g., DDC)
• Knowledge of NYC codes, permitting, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, design, and construction delivery
• Oversee building systems coordination, including MEP
• Manage teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate communication across all project parties
• Ensure successful delivery across various project types (institutional, healthcare, residential, etc.)
• Identify risks and implement solutions throughout the project lifecycle
