Molina Healthcare is seeking a Supervisor, Lead Mentor for Healthcare Services LTSS in Wisconsin. This role will help with new employee onboarding and training for the LTSS WI team and lead a multidisciplinary group across care management, utilization management, behavioral health, LTSS, and related programs.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of healthcare experience, active clinical licensure as required, strong customer service, and demonstrated leadership in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of health care experience, including managed care.
• Active clinical licensure is required per state contract or regulation, if applicable.
• Strong customer service and member-centric focus.
• Ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Oversees team performance in care management, utilization management, LTSS, and related programs.
• Leads onboarding and training for new employees on the LTSS WI team.
• Ensures delivery of high-quality member care aligned with standards.
• Maintains staffing levels and monitors productivity and performance.
