Qualifications

• Customer service and organization to multi-task effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Certified trainer in state requirements preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Willingness to meet state qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents for the best care and education outcomes.
• Support center success; collaborate to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
