Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor in a classroom setting, delivering KinderCare's curriculum with sensitivity to each child's needs and family circumstances.

You will create a safe, nurturing learning environment, partner with parents, and collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. The role emphasizes teamwork and community impact across sites.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, organization, multi-tasking ability.
• Active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years ECE experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in ECE preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum with child-specific adaptations.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
