Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Team Leader for our Homelink team to supervise a Case Management group serving adults with severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or Human Services, at least three years of experience with severe MH impairment, and strong communication, crisis management, and problem-solving skills. Join a mission-driven team and support community health through leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or Human Services Related Degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience working with persons with severe MH impairment.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent crisis management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administrative management and daily operations of assigned care management team.
• Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers.
• Manages the daily operation of team supporting organization goals and philosophy.
• Coordinates clinical supervision of team staff and services with Clinical Manager/Director.
