We are seeking a Lead Mental Health Tech: Evenings 3P - 11:30P. The Lead Mental Health Technician provides direct care to children and adolescents, ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital policies. Responsibilities include managing patient assignments, facilitating treatment and activities, and enforcing policies. They must understand and apply the least restrictive interventions to avoid seclusion and restraint whenever possible.
