Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering with additional certifications or 10 years equivalent work experience.
- PMP/CAPM preferred.
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management experience, and multi-disciplinary knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead Melt Shop Maintenance engineers, specialists, and electricians to maintain reliability and safety of the Melt Shop equipment.
- Guide staff and vendors to devise original concepts that transform maintenance outcomes.
- Research and challenge staff to deliver solutions exceeding standard engineering expectations.
