Qualifications

• Experience leading production or shift teams preferred.
• Comfort handling a wide variety of tasks and priorities.

• Understanding of safety and OSHA-related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all production activities ensuring their successful completion.
• Loads and unloads trucks and trailers on site for timely transports.
• Prepares and packs customer orders for transport and moving trucks.
• Manages training and assists employees and new hires.
• Enforces a high standard of finish with attention to detail.
• Adheres to budgets, schedules and deadlines.
• Oversees OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Leads root cause analysis for production issues.
• Maintains cleanliness of production areas and facilities.
• Leads and motivates staff and allocates resources for manufacture.
• Drives continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.
