Qualifications

• Experience with automated equipment in department supervising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical review of SOPs and validation of new procedures.
• Monitor quality control and proficiency testing for the department.
• Coordinate staff competency assessments and training.
• Assist in capital purchases and departmental operations planning.
• Ensure accreditation standards (CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, AABB, FDA, OSHA) are met.
