Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in chemistry, biology, or health or life science is required.
• ASCP/AMT or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Leadership experience as a Medical Technologist is a plus.
• Two years as Medical Technologist with leadership skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized and semi-routine lab tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and serology.
• Lead and guide technologists; assist in staff education and safety programs.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Monitor inventories and assist with reagent preparation and ordering.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and test results.
