Qualifications

• 4 or more years of previous experience in a high complexity clinical laboratory.
• Eligible for Georgia Department of Human Resources supervisor classification.
• Certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical functions of Medical Technologist 2 as outlined in job description.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage staff workflow and oversight of quality control.
• Facilitate lean process improvement ideas.
• Participate in laboratory or System Committee.
