Intermountain Health in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Certified Medical Physicist to lead design, optimization, and QA of advanced radiation treatment plans, ensuring accuracy, safety, and patient care.

You will collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, therapists, and leaders to drive quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and adoption of new technologies while upholding radiation safety standards. The role is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Master's degree in Health or Medical Physics from an accredited institution (degree verified).
• Certification by ABR/ABMP in Radiation Oncology Physics or Canadian College.
• Licensure in the state of practice as required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans to ensure precise and effective patient care.
• Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures, technologies, and treatment delivery.
• Partner with leadership and clinical teams to maintain quality management and QA programs.
• Collaborate with the Radiation Safety Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and radiation safety.
• Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning in Radiation Oncology.
