Job summary
Intermountain Health in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Certified Medical Physicist to lead design, optimization, and delivery of advanced radiation treatment plans, ensuring accuracy, quality, and patient safety. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health/Medical Physics or equivalent.
- Board certification in Radiation Oncology Physics or Medical Physics.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practice state.
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans for precise patient care.
- Provide expert clinical guidance for therapy procedures and delivery.
- Lead QA programs and radiation safety compliance.
- Coordinate with RSO on licensure and regulatory requirements.
- Support adoption of new technologies and treatment techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, therapists, and leaders.
