• Leadership experience as MA or in medical office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MA staff and act as team lead over front office and clinical duties.
• Perform regular medical office duties: phones, scheduling, check-in/out, messages.
• Train and mentor new staff on policies and customer service standards.
• Maintain clinic workflow and timely patient care.
• Coordinate daily clinical staff assignments for coverage.
