This role requires thorough knowledge of MA policies and the ability to exercise discretion. You will train Medical Care Program Associates and monitor call handling on the 800 hotline to ensure timely issue resolution.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of clerical experience with policy knowledge in medical care, health insurance, or entitlement programs.
• Notes provide for substitution of education or clerical experience.
• Experience in Medicaid-related policies or programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries and complaints from beneficiaries.
• Provide liaison services to health care providers, insurers, or other governmental agencies.
• Oversee and monitor calls on the 800 hotline for Medical Assistance beneficiaries.
• Research and resolve problems related to Medical Assistance program data.
