First Choice Community Health Center is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the billing team and act as a subject matter expert for medical and dental claims.

You will supervise billing staff, manage data integrity in the EMR, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate submissions and compliant financial reporting.

The role emphasizes process improvement, leadership development, and support for annual reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive billing experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience supervising billing staff and coordinating workflow.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate billing staff workload.
• Define current and new billing tasks and definitions.
• Report billing issues related to clinic operations.
• Verify data quality in the billing EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to resolve missing/erroneous data.
• Ensure timely submission of patient claims and prompt follow-up on denials.
• Manage transmission of claims and monitor payment processing.
• Provide training to billing staff and support process improvements.
• Assist in annual costs reporting, audits, and government reporting.
