We Are Hiring

  • Schedule:Monday-Friday 6:45am to 3:15pm.

What You Will Do

Job Summary:

  • Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in support of physician practice operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
  • Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
  • Assign, monitor, and review progress of work.
  • Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
  • Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.
  • Provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance possible.
  • Inventory clinical supplies and place supply orders to maintain desired levels.
  • Receive and organize the handling of medication samples.
What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences

Certified Medical Assistant; 5 years of experience in internal medicine or family medicine. Familiarity with VFC, quality controls, workflow analysis, and employee retention is preferred. Flexible schedule may be necessary to assist with training and staffing needs.
