Practices high quality medical care in performing a variety of patient care activities such as preparation for appointments, minor exams and procedures, laboratory and maintenance controls, patient documentation, and various office duties.· Responsible for all duties included in the Medical Assistant job description.· Takes inventory and performs ordering of supplies.· Assists with coordinating staff meetings.Supervises work performed by department and may delegate work to staff members. Counsels and coaches the team by guiding, directing, motivating, and mediating conflict resolution.Assists with staff development, new employee orientation, and training. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
