Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville (City Gate clinic) is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant/ CMA for a full-time dermatology role. You will greet patients, support physicians, manage registrations, and perform routine lab tests. Excellent patient service and adherence to CARE values are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher health sciences coursework.
• Active MA certification through one of the certifying bodies is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vitals, and health history.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections as needed.
• Process prescriptions and pharmacy callbacks; update charting.
• Run onsite labs (EKG, PFT, glucose, urine pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and provide excellent patient service.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
