Job summary

Shasta Regional Medical Group, affiliated with Shasta Regional Medical Center, seeks an experienced administrative professional to oversee department activities, staffing and policy compliance in a medical office setting. The role focuses on maintaining a productive work environment and supporting clinical operations.

You will assist interview processes, staff evaluations and employee discipline, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and the organization’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of medical office experience; supervising experience preferred.
• Current BCLS certificate required.
• Knowledge of ICD9, CPT coding and medical terminology preferred.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• High School or equivalent
• Three years of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting with medical supervisor experience
• Current BCLS certificate
• Knowledge of ICD9, CPT, Coding, Medical Terminology preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.90 to $28.58. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
