Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, current MA Certification, and at least one year of experience in a clinical or ASC environment. Strong communication and detail-oriented skills are crucial, and bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly valued.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in a clinical office or ASC setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across clinical and administrative teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.

Responsabilidades

• Support patient flow by checking patients in and notifying clinical staff of arrivals.
• Complete intake tasks including vital signs and updating medical histories.
• Maintain compliance with patient information and chart documentation guidelines.
• Monitor delinquency lists and provide required follow‑up or reporting.
• Perform front desk duties and answer multiple phone lines.
