Qualifications

• Professional certification or diploma in Esthetics or Cosmetology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Clinical Esthetician or Laser Technician with hands-on experience with medical lasers and aesthetic devices.
• Experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and dermatological conditions.
• Proficiency in operating Nd:YAG, Alexandrite, Diode and Fractional CO2 lasers.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical esthetic treatments including laser hair removal, photorejuvenation, fractional laser, IPL, and RF.
• Conduct skin assessments and consultations to diagnose conditions and plan treatments.
• Administer chemical peels and microdermabrasion.
• Operate and maintain medical-grade aesthetic devices with safety protocols.
• Educate clients on procedures, pre/post-care, and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with dermatologists on treatment plans and patient management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
