IQSIGHT is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to own design and development of complex electromechanical systems for next‑gen moving camera products. You will lead architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive cross‑functional execution in a collaborative, international environment.

Responsibilities include leading subsystem design, BOM management, supplier engagement, hardware validation, and ensuring manufacturability and regulatory compliance across global sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years in electromechanical product development.
• Experience designing mechatronic systems that merge mechanical and electronic hardware.
• Proven ability to plan, direct, and review activities of junior engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complex topics into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Own mechanical and electromechanical subsystem design from concept to series production.
• Lead development projects, guiding a small team and driving technical execution.
• Develop architectures that meet performance, cost, reliability, and time-to-market goals.
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments (FMEA, Focus Area Matrices).
• Support lifecycle management, BOM maintenance, and supplier tooling with DFM review.
• Design for manufacturability, perform tolerance analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance.
