Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in mechanical building services installation within an M&E contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building systems and interface with electrical services.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical fitters on M&E projects.
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress to meet daily targets.
• Oversee installation of mechanical building services.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and supervisors.
