Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in mechanical assembly, leadership experience, and strong CAD/machining knowledge. A technical degree is required, with a Bachelor’s preferred; work is on-site with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
• Prior leadership experience in a prototype, engineering, or advanced manufacturing environment.
• Advanced CAD and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of machining, materials, tolerances, and fabrication methods.
